All works will be retained by Delta Charlie Drones (DCD) for a period of 3 months from the date of image capture
. . . Decision to fly or not will be the sole responsibility of DCD pilot with respect to safety, climatic conditions and land responsibility. In the event of a ‘no-fly’ decision, a return visit will be arranged . . . DCD will liaise with the client throughout the period to agree suitable dates/times for filming, as necessary . . . £50 deposit to be paid in advance of any work to cover administrative procedures necessary before any flight . . . Works undertaken by DCD on the strict understanding that the client is responsible for the location being filmed . . . DCD reserves the right to use any imagery for advertising purposes unless specifically requested otherwise at the time of ordering the work . . . Full payment to be paid at time of order completion . . . Payment will be accepted in cash, BACS, cheque or PayPal . . . No work will be undertaken without authorization of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) . . . DCD will hold £5M liability insurance at the time of the works. Details available on request . . . Images provided by DCD is for the use of the client for their personal or business use only. Reproduction for commercial gain is not permitted without prior written consent from DCD . . . Images remain the property of DCD until full payment has been made . . . Any additional travel expenses will be discussed at the first consultation . . . Due to the nature of the business, clients must be aware that there can be no guarantee that flights will be made on any specific day |
